1. Objectives – Knowing & Keeping your eye on the objective is key to securing the win for yourself and for your whole team. Each objective is totally different to each other, so be sure to listen fully to the objective to really understand the aim of the game.
2. Tactics – Everyone has a role to play! Get the squad together and discuss the best possible ways to secure the win – get the whole team involved, players will have their own visions on how to complete an objective, so be sure to collate all ideas together to get the job done as a team.
3. Teamwork – Be sure to keep an eye out for your team and be a good team mate. If you see a team mates being pinned down with fire, or if they are looking to push forward, be sure to step in and offer some good cover fire – you never know when you may need your team to return the favour!
4. Cover – Our Forest Game maps are set within our 50 acred Venue, filled with forts, villages, towers and bunkers. Using cover effectively is paramount to staying in the game and beating the opposition.
5. Ammunition – Don’t get caught short! You’ll need to stay on top of reloading your weapon, time it well and you won’t find yourself needing to reload in the middle of an enemy ambush.
6. Communication – Keeping good comms with your squad will give you an advantage. If you need more cover fire, be sure to be vocal so you don’t get pushed back on one side of the map, and talk with your team to coordinate tactics.
7. Stay Focused – Do not take your eye off the ball, the game can flip in the blink of an eye, so be sure to stay alert at all times to have a chance of bringing back the win.
8. Awareness – What are the other team doing? Where are they? The only way to beat an enemy is to think like an enemy – keep your eyes peeled and feedback to your team where the enemy team is heading within the game to ensure your squad can conquer.
9. Get Immersed – Allow yourself to get fully immersed with our 50 acred Forest battlefields, we’ll set the scene, and then it is up to you to carry out the win! Push yourself to your limits and bring home the victory!
10. Have fun! Laser tag is an incredibly fast paced and fun activity. Always be a good sportsman, whether you are victorious or not. Earn those bragging rights against your pals, but remember to remain courteous to your fellow comrades.
